As a full-time Uber and Lyft driver, I travel throughout Oregon every day and have the opportunity to visit many different grocery stores and businesses. Because of that, I’ve experienced many different levels of customer service, and I can honestly say that the Fred Meyer in Corvallis is one of the locations that truly stands out. My family and I have always enjoyed shopping at Fred Meyer, and this visit reminded me why. During my stop, I was looking for grilled chicken breast, but they were sold out. Even though my request required a little extra assistance, what impressed me most was how everyone came together to help. David greeted me with professionalism, kindness, and directed me to the appropriate management team. The assistant store manager, store manager, and deli department communicated with one another, worked together as a team, and made sure I left as a happy customer. What I appreciated most wasn’t simply the outcome it was seeing the teamwork, respect, communication, and leadership throughout the store. Great customer service starts with great leadership, and it shows. When management leads by example, it creates a positive environment that benefits both employees

Customer service is impeccably above average. If you clip digital coupons you save a bundle. Plus you grow points to save on gas. It has a very clean atmosphere. I just love this store.

Took a piece of clothing from this rack, clearly marked as a discounted clearance item and the cashier wouldn't honor the price. Originally priced at $25, at 70% discounted, should have rung up at $7.50, but rang up at $14.75. Even though I showed him and he doubled checked for himself. Made up a frivolous excuse of how the pricing works...SMH

Saw this Friday a week after Thanksgiving 2025 & immediately knew I wanted to taste test for dinner Saturday night. Well it didn't disappoint! If you're like me & like multiple flavors together in same bite then you might enjoy this. Hearty pieces of turkey.. oh & the gravy sauce with cranberries & green beans what a delight! 😋🥳🎉

I just wanted to say that the local Fred Meyers here in Corvallis has been so amazing to me. A handful of years back I randomly started taking photos. Then I went to Fred Meyers to try printing out a couple photos. The workers were so kind & helpful. One even asked if I was okay with them putting up one of my photos. It was this ladybug surrounded by a bunch of aphids. It totally made my day & somehow it stayed up for 5+ years. I printed so many photos there & I just wanted to thank them for the support & the kind treatment.
